When you use Swatchbox, we collect information needed to provide the service. This includes: your email address and name, room photos you upload, and payment information handled by Stripe.
We may also collect basic usage data (for example, which features you use and when) to operate and improve the service.
How we use your data
We use your information to run the AI analysis, generate room visualisations, manage your account, and process one-time payments. Your room photos and related outputs are used to provide the colours and visualisations you request.
Storage and service providers
Swatchbox uses Supabase to store application data and related user content. Payments are processed by Stripe. For AI analysis, we use Anthropic. For room visualisation, we use Decor8.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, keep accounts working, and meet legal obligations. We also keep payment records as required for billing and accounting.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, and export your personal data. You can request these actions by contacting us using the email below.
We will respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before completing certain actions.
