One-time payments

Swatchbox uses a one-time payment model. Purchases are not subscriptions and there is no free tier.

When refunds are available

Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if an AI diagnosis has not been run.

If AI features have been used (including running an AI diagnosis), refunds are not available.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@tryswatchbox.co and include your account email and the plan you purchased.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm eligibility.
